first entry

Hey there my name is Thomas Ward but for short just call me Tom.

I decided to pick the 3 experiment that i did in 104. The project was called NAVIGATION.

By it being called NAVIGATION you had to design/create a 3 stage level using the computer program Unreal Editor and the user had to navigate his or her way through the level. There were curtain requirements needed in the level which i followed to a high standard which helped me achieve an awesome level.

I based my level on Greek mythology. by the possible use of temples, cool movers to help get . In the level requirements you had to navigate to and from an above level an on level and a below level and by having this in the brief I was easily able to put this with Mythology by having above as Mt. Olympus/heaven, on being Mother Earth and below being Hell/Hades.

I achieved this project at a high standard knowing I didn't get any lower than an A- in this project which isn't to bad at all.

Websites and Blogs

1) I like the website CHEATPLANET because it is aesthetically pleasing to the users eye, by how it has a very nice and easy to read lay out of the page. This gives the better chance of the viewer wanting to go further into this website. Aw this website site is used for getting cheats for ps3, xbox etc.

2) The website by PSYOP who design and make tv clips for ads and what not is another one of my favourite inspirations. The things i like about this the simple but effective look and also the clips that the design and awesome for some good inspiration.

3) I love Mercedes-Benz cars and I was able to find this site about there cars and products they make. So this had to be a must for my favourite site cause they produce my favourite car the SLR Mclaren.

1)The first blog I commented on was Daniel Starkeys. The comment I made on his page was about his fluid form piece he made for his final project for Desn101. He made a real good job of this piece of work.

2)The next person i commented on was Johnson King. He is doing his blog on the same project as I and I like the approach he took to his work. Its a great level.

3)And last but not least I commented on Jordan Toppings Blog. The project he done his blog on was the first project for 101 which I can't remember the name of lol. But yea anyways I found his views on what his work ment quite interesting.
